I have already installed the newest version of the app but it's the same result. The devices are running WindLTSC but I have also installed Windows versions 18 and the behavior with the touchscreen is the same when Citrix is installed.

I suppose it's because of the "Citrix Indirect Display Adapter" driver that is installed along with the Citrix app? After that, the touchscreen doesn't respond at all and is only fully useable again when the Citrix App was uninstalled.
